Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), you have rights with respect to the personal data SutraFin, operated by SutraOS Technologies Private Limited, processes about you.
Consent banner
On your first visit, a DPDP consent banner appears at the bottom of the screen asking for your consent to process your personal data. You can withdraw your consent at any time by re-opening the consent banner from the footer.
Withdrawing consent will prevent you from placing new orders, but does not affect orders already placed.
Data principal rights
You may request access to your personal data, ask for corrections, or request deletion subject to legal retention obligations. See the Contact page for the channels we accept these requests on.
Grievance officer
For DPDP-related grievances, contact the Grievance Officer named on the Contact page. We acknowledge within 48 hours and substantively respond within 15 days.
