These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SutraFin ("the Platform"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Platform is provided by SutraOS Technologies Private Limited ("SutraFin", "we", "us"). The Platform is intended for use by registered businesses operating in India.

Eligibility

You may use the Platform only if you can form a legally binding contract under applicable Indian law. By registering, you represent that you have the authority to act on behalf of the business you list.

Orders, payments and fulfilment

Distributors offer products on the Platform; retailers place orders that are routed to the relevant distributor. SutraFin facilitates the transaction but is not the seller of record.

Payment methods, delivery timelines, and acceptance of returns are governed by the distributor you order from.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SutraFin disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
