Asahi Kasei cooking sheet is Japan's number 1 cooking paper for oven and microwave cooking. Our cooking sheet is heat resistant and stick-free, allowing you to bake the stickiest things without any fear of them not coming off the sheet. Heat resistant (250°C for 20 minutes) provides versatility for use in both the oven and microwave. Simply pull out the required amount of foil from the roll, close the box, hold the flap down tight and tear along the cutter edge. To use for oven cooking, lay the sheet on the oven tray with dough or ingredients on top and place in the oven to bake. To use for microwave cooking, tear off a square and place the food to be cooked in the middle part of the sheet. Bring the diagonal corners of the sheet corners together, fold the corners 2-3 times on one side tightly and press down. Twist the other two ends tightly like a candy wrapper so that the content does not leak while cooking. Place it on a plate and cook in the microwave.
