Jersey cooking butter is acquired from curds or milk with no preservatives like salt, colouring, or flavouring agents. It is a concentrated form of milk fat, containing 1% curd, 80% milk fat, and 19% moisture. It is especially rich in fat and fat-soluble vitamins K, E, A, and D.
