Thinly sliced and smoked, Bacon is a fatty cut taken from the pork belly or back, near the spare ribs, due to the high fat content. Best eaten for breakfast worldwide, but can also be used in soups, sandwiches, salads, bakes and more…so get creative! Allergen Information: Contains milk. Storage: If stored frozen (-18°C), best before 12 months. Thawing: Ideally bring down the temperature first by keeping in the fridge overnight before use.
